Desktop Security 2010 lässt sich nicht löschen

Hallo,
hab wie gesagt auch dass Problem mit diesem Desktop Security. Hab dann die dazu gegebenen anweisungen von Trojaner-Board befolgt, und Malwarebytes durchlaufen lassen, dann Neu gestartet aber das ding ist immer noch drauf.
Kann mir jemand helfen, hab mit Viren nicht wirklich viel erfahrung.

Ach ja, bei Malwarebytes kam dann die meldung dass sich eine Datei nich löschen ließ
